There are several reasons why you might have problems login in into the site.
1) Incorrect EMAIL or PASSWORD. Please make sure you have typed both email and password correctly. If you forgot your password you can request a new password here.
2) Your cookies are not enabled. Some features of this site require you to have the cookies enabled.
3) Your membership has not been enabled yet. After you register with Bubble you will received an email with the confirmation link please click on the link in the email to confirm your email address. If you have not received confirmation email you can click here to request a new one. If you using public mail hosts such as yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc. please make sure that email is allowed by the spam filter also check your spam folder.

Registration with Bubble auction is free and fast. It takes about 5 min to register with Bubble. Registration is a two step process.
1) Fill in the simple form here.
2) Check your email you should receive a confirmation email from Bubble. Click on the verification link inside the email to verify your email address.
3) Registration is now complete you can start trading on Bubble auction.
Please Note: Bubble is designed for Singapore people only. If you try to register from outside Singapore your membership will be deleted.

| Your Bubble credit

Your credit is used to for paying bubble fees and cannot be used for paying for the items purchased through bubble auction. With bubble you have two types of credit.
1) Bonus credit. Is when you received this credit from us as a promotion. This credit will always be used first to pay auction fees.
2) Your credit or the money you have deposited into your bubble account. This credit will be used once the balance of your bonus credit is zero. There is only one way you can deposit money into bubble account is by online credit card payment. Please not that bubble does not hold your credit card details or takes any part in the online credit card transaction. All transactions are made via PayPal and is fully secured by PayPal.

Feedback is used for keeping a track of interaction between traders. By placing feedback after each transaction will help everyone to identify safe and unsafe traders. After each transaction both parties are able to leave feedback for each other and post responses to feedback placed. We encourage placement of feedback because it will help to make trading on this site safer.

We (Bubble auction) will not be involved in any feedback dispute. In case there is an offensive feedback placed member is able to send a complaint here and we will review each complaint manually.

We (Bubble auction) will be sending you emails for updates on your running auctions and anything else which might be required to make your trading experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Due to current spam filters we will require you to add Bubble email address to safe list in order for you to receive emails from us.

| Bidding

Only registered members can place bids. Your bid must be equal to the start price or the minimum next bid amount for the auction.
If the reserve has been met the item will sell to the highest bidder when the auction finishes. If you are outbid you will be sent an email.
If you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction, and the auction has met the reserve price, you are the winner! The reserve price is the lowest price the seller is willing to sell their item for.
We will send you and the seller automated emails containing each others contact email addresses. It is then up to you and the seller to make contact and arrange the payment/shipping details.
Minimum bid increments are the next smallest bid amount that can be placed within a certain price range.
Minimum bid increments ensure that each bid is "meaningful" (e.g. bids for 1 cent aren't placed when the bidding is at $500).
The minimum bid increments are:

| Seller refuses to sell or doesn't return my emails.

We suggest that you allow up to 5 days for the seller to get in touch. During this time you should send them a number of emails stating you wish to complete the trade. You should also check your spam folders aren't stopping their emails.
Listing an item for sale on Bubble is a committment from the seller to sell the item through the site. If the auction closes successfully the seller is obliged to complete the sale.
If you have given the seller a reasonable amount of time to return your emails or they refuse to complete the deal submit feedback on the seller.

| Applying for a refund.

If the buyer backs out of the sale, the seller is entitled to a refund of the success fees. If the sale has successfully completed, or the seller backs out of the sale the seller is not entitled to a refund.
If the seller applies for a refund you will be sent an email asking for your side of the story. You should respond to this request. If the refund is granted a comment from Trade Me Customer Support will be placed on the feedback of the both you and seller - this will not affect your overall feedback rating.
Buyers that repeatedly default will have their membership suspended.
